I went to Koruyne School in 1958 for 1 year - my sisters were there earlier t longer.

We had to walk approximately 3 miles to school to and from and would often dawdle hoping that someone would stop and give us a ride.

We always knew we were late for school if we heard the sound of the Blue Train going through.

There were only 28 pupils in the whole school in that one classroom.

Our teach in 1958 was Mr. Patupas.
