About Now and Then

The pilot implementation during 2009 in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Mallala</st1:city>, <st1:state w:st="on">South
Australia</st1:state></st1:place>, was funded by a grant from the .auda Foundation. <o:p></o:p>

Now and Then is designed to be used by communities large and small to record and share information about life in their places, both past and present. Following evaluation of the pilot project, we envisage a network of Now and Then communities across <st1:country-region w:st="on">Australia</st1:country-region>, sharing a common platform to promote the preservation and understanding of <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Australia</st1:place></st1:country-region>’s cultural heritage.
