The building was erected for the use of Bennett and Fisher Co. Ltd. in the 1940's and the first agent was Mr Dave Magarey followed by Mr Eddie Scriven. Mr Colin Gage managed the business for many years. Brian Manuel Real Estate worked from part of the premises for some years.
