Two Wells is a town approximately 40 km north of Adelaide South Australia.
The first settlers in the area used two aboriginal wells in the area as a freshwater source.
This quaint township has so far retained a multitude of its original historical buildings and cottages that have been dated as far back as the 1860’s. Aside from the rich heritage, Two Wells also holds its importance as being a major town centre for the Adelaide Plains. Two Wells is a great little town with lots to do. It has a very family oriented environment with a local street parade every year which brings the community back together.
At the 2006 Census in Australia, Two Wells had a population of 717.
Two Wells is in the District Council of Mallala.
